Do you charge extra for stairs or a lift?
No. Stairs, lifts and long carries are covered by your fixed price. Tell us about them up front so we quote the right crew size.
Can you move an apartment with no lift?
Yes. We regularly carry furniture up and down three or four flights. For heavy items we bring stair rollers and skid boards.
Do you charge a deposit to book?
No. There is no deposit and no obligation — you pay after the move, not before.
How long does an apartment move take?
A studio or one-bedroom usually takes 3–4 hours door to door. Two-bedroom apartments with lift access typically run 4–6 hours.
